Responsible for counting all physical inventory, generating department audit reports, reconciling computer data with the physical counts taken and reporting on errors found. The inventory auditor also performs inventory audits of paperwork and data entry at the receiving dock, each department transfer area and any of the outbound areas.
• Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or noncompliance with laws, regulations, and management policies. • Examining company accounts and financial control systems • Report to management about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities. Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable • Review data about material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenditures. • Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions. • Examine and evaluate financial and information systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity. • Prepare, analyze, and verify annual reports, financial statements, and other records, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures to assess financial condition and facilitate financial planning. • Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with
• Male or Female age not over 35 years old. • Bachelor Degree in related field. • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience preferably in Auditing / management.
